You can book a free 15-minute consultation through our contact form. Simply fill out your details, select your preferred time, and one of our therapists will reach out to confirm your appointment.
Your first session will be focused on understanding your needs and goals. The therapist will ask questions about your background and current concerns to create a personalized treatment plan.

Yes! Our office is in network with Aetna, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Priority Health. Insurance vary by provider, please confirm coverage with us!
