~Virtual Only~
Whether it’s finding out you’re pregnant, a move to a new area, or difficulties in your relationship- life is hard. I’m here to support you while you navigate meaningful and challenging transitions in your life. Drawing from many approaches, including cognitive behavioral, existential and person-centered, I make sure that each session is tailored to you and what you may need that day. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
I am passionate about perinatal mental health, infant loss, and parent-child attachment and how this affects us all as we go through life. Some other areas I work with are anxiety, depression, family/relationship conflicts, trauma, and self-esteem. I grew up in the Upper Peninsula, where I currently reside, and have seen how the lack of access to mental health care impacts communities. This influenced me to pursue this field and bring these services back to the area that means so much to me.
Whether you’re adjusting to a new stage of life, managing symptoms, or seeking support for yourself or your family, I’m here to walk alongside you with respect and care.
