I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain. My approach is person-centered and holistic, emphasizing mind-body connection and drawing from narrative therapy, CBT, and ACT. I am also trained in TF-CBT to treat trauma in teens. My sessions blend both talking and exercises to best support your needs and goals.
