The human mind and body have a tremendous capacity for resilience and change. Sometimes, however, the strategies that once helped us cope can leave us feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.
I believe meaningful change happens when we learn to listen to both mind and body. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a period of transition, therapy can be an opportunity for growth, integration and greater self-awareness. Together, we create a space where you can better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.
My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of your inner experience. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential and humanistic therapy, and Somatic Experiencing to help clients explore the different parts of themselves, the beliefs that shape their lives, and how their nervous system responds to stress and safety.
