However you stumbled across my profile today, I’m really glad you’re here! Life can feel so heavy sometimes and you shouldn’t have to carry it alone. I am passionate about walking alongside folks looking to heal from trauma, improve self-esteem and build healthier relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I have significant experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as individuals battling addiction and substance abuse. I also worked extensively with moms navigating a number of perinatal issues (pre and post-partum anxiety/depression, infertility, new parenthood etc.)
I aim to create a safe environment for you to process current stressors and heal from past pain. This may include aspects of CBT, person-centered therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing and other trauma-informed approaches. Creativity, authenticity and laughter are essential parts of this collaborative experience.
I believe we are all beautifully unique and each person deserves a customized approach to therapy. I take a humanistic and strengths-based approach which means I will meet you exactly where you’re at and aim to create safe and non-judgmental space for you to heal.
