"There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't"

Life can feel so heavy sometimes and you shouldn’t have to carry it alone. I’m passionate about helping folks navigate anxiety, low mood, trauma and the “not so healthy” coping mechanisms we tend to lean on just to survive. I’m here to offer you a space where you don’t have to censor yourself or perform in any way. I want you to feel comfortable, understood and free to explore what’s going on in your life. Some of my other therapy focus areas include self-esteem, familial conflict, PTSD, perinatal mental health, gender-based trauma and addiction/substance abuse.
You deserve to feel safe and empowered, not just in therapy, but in life. I tend to use aspects of CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques and other trauma-informed approaches. Each visit is unique to you and your individual needs. My hope is that you’ll leave our sessions feeling like you’ve reclaimed a little piece of yourself.
My style is low-pressure, high-support. We’ll work together to help you feel calm, centered, and in control of your healing. I’m a big believer in making room for laughter, even when things feel heavy. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s going to show up as their true, human self, I’d love to connect.
