My approach is rooted in presence, compassion, and trust. We focus on identifying and shifting the patterns that are no longer serving you. With EMDR you can tap into your own self-healing abilities to break these repetitive patterns, release painful emotional memories, change limiting self-beliefs and self-sabotage, and resolve inner conflicts.
Finding the right person to guide you through is one of the most important steps in your healing journey. Together we work at healing the root cause of your struggles, to create lasting changes.
